01About these terms

These terms are between you (the business using our website or services) and Velaris Web ("we", "us"). By using the website or starting a plan or project with us, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

02Our services

We design, build, host and maintain websites, custom software, AI automation, SEO and related services. What is included depends on your plan (Starter, Growth or Scale) or on the proposal for your project. Plan features are described on our pricing page; work outside your plan is scoped and quoted before we start.

03Monthly plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, by card or bank transfer.
• There is no setup fee. Your first payment covers your first month.
• Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
• You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing month.
• If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work and, after notice, suspend the services until it is paid.
• We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing month after the notice period.

04Cancellation

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. Your plan continues, and is billed, until the end of the notice period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

We may end a plan with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously breached (for example non-payment or unlawful use).

05One-off projects

For one-off projects, the scope, price, payment schedule and timeline are set out in the proposal you accept. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do the work.

06Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, timely feedback and the content and access we need
• Make sure you have the rights to the text, images, logos and other material you send us
• Review content before it goes live, including claims, prices and legal notices about your business
• Keep your own logins secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access

07Content, domains and ownership

You keep ownership of your business name, logo, content, data and your domain name, which we register in your name. You give us permission to use that material to provide the services.

The designs, code, templates and tools we create or use to run your plan remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing. While your plan is active you have the right to use them for your business. What happens to your website if you cancel, including any option to transfer or buy it out, is set out in your proposal or agreed with you in writing before work starts. For one-off projects, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once paid in full, as described in your proposal.

We may show your project in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.

08Acceptable use

You may not use our website or services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam, or to distribute malware. We may remove content or suspend services that break this rule.

09Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services such as hosting, booking, payment, email, maps or AI providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes, although we will help you work around them.

10Results and AI features

We work hard to grow your leads, bookings and search visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue or other results, because they depend on factors outside our control. AI features can occasionally produce inaccurate answers, so they should support, not replace, your own judgement.

11Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects an active plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
